  • What if I missed most of the lessons in a term?
    We understand that sometimes things come up — illness, travel, or other commitments. While we don’t offer make-up classes for missed group sessions, we’ll still welcome you back at the next available term. If the missed lessons were due to medical reasons, do reach out with a doctor’s note and we’ll see how we can support you.
  • How long is each class and how many lessons are there per term?
    Each class is about 45 minutes. We run 4 terms per year, with 10 lessons per term. This gives learners a consistent rhythm for improvement.
  • What are group classes like?
    Group classes are a fun and social way to learn how to swim. They follow a fixed schedule, are structured by level, and are great for building skills and water confidence alongside peers.
  • How much do group classes cost?
    Fees may vary slightly depending on the location. Generally: Group classes are charged by term A single/trial session is $35 If you join mid-term, we’ll prorate the term fee If you decide to continue after the trial, that session will count as part of the term and the extra paid will go toward your remaining balance
  • Can I join a group class mid-term?
    Yes! We’ll calculate the fees based on how many lessons are left in the term.
  • What happens if I miss a class?
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer make-up classes for absences in group settings. We encourage students to attend consistently to get the most out of their lessons.
  • How many sessions are there?
    Our group lessons are scheduled on term basis. Each term consist of 10 lessons, each lasting 45minutes. The schedule will be shared beforehand so that you are aware of the dates. Our private lessons are flexible, you can have the lessons intensively, or more relaxed.
  • What happens during bad weather?
    If class is cancelled before it begins due to weather, the next 2 lessons will be extended by 15 minutes each. If class is cut short midway, the next lesson will be extended by 15 minutes. If weather affects only the last part of class, we’ll consider the session complete.
  • What if the School cancels a class?
    If we need to cancel for any reason, we’ll inform you as early as possible and arrange a replacement session.
  • Do you offer SwimSafer assessments?
    Yes, we prepare our students for the SwimSafer programme — Singapore’s national water safety certification, recognized by MOE and SportSG. Assessments are conducted separately at scheduled times.
  • How long will it take to learn how to swim?
    Everyone progresses differently, but with regular attendance, most learners gain water confidence and pick up basic strokes within one to two terms. We’ll guide you every step of the way!
  • How do I withdraw from the class?
    If you wish to withdraw from the class, please let us know before the term starts. We’ll guide you through the process. Any refunds or credits will follow our standard withdrawal policy — feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
  • Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
    For performance assessments or swim analysis, come in suitable swimwear and bring your goggles and a towel. If you’re coming for rehab or recovery, bring any relevant medical reports or notes (if any) so we can better tailor the session.
  • What are the aqua fitness programmes offered?
    We offer a variety of water-based workouts to suit different fitness levels and goals — whether you’re looking to tone up, get your heart rate going, or just enjoy exercising in water. Our current line-up includes: • Aqua Aerobics • Aqua Tabata • Aqua Zumba • Aqua Yoga / Pilates • Aqua Spinning • FloatFit • Acquapole • Aqua Boxing Each session is designed to be low-impact but high-energy, so it’s gentle on your joints but still a great workout!
  • What happens if there’s bad weather?
    Your safety is our priority. If there’s lightning, heavy rain, or haze that makes it unsafe to conduct the session, we may need to cancel or postpone the class. • If the class is cancelled before it starts, we’ll do our best to arrange a replacement session. • If it’s cut short due to sudden weather changes, the session will be considered completed. We’ll always notify you via WhatsApp as early as possible!
  • How long is each class?
    Each session lasts around 45 minutes, including warm-up, main workout, and cooldown.
  • Do I need to know how to swim?
    Not at all! Most of our classes take place in shallow water, and floatation equipment is provided when needed. Whether you’re a swimmer or not, you’ll be able to participate confidently.
  • How much do fitness classes cost?
    Pricing depends on the programme and location. We offer both single session bookings and multi-session packages.
  • What should I bring to class?
    Just come in comfortable swimwear (or rashguard if preferred), bring a towel, water bottle, and your positive energy! We'll provide the equipment needed for each workout.
  • Can I try a class before signing up for a package?
    Yes, absolutely! You can book a single session to try out any class. This is perfect if you're new or want to explore which format suits you best before committing to a full package
  • I’ve booked a session but can’t attend — what should I do?
    Life happens, and we totally understand! If you’re unable to attend your session, just let us know at least 1 day in advance, and we’ll help you reschedule. • This applies to both single sessions and package holders. • Rescheduling is subject to availability, but we’ll always try our best to secure a new slot for you. Last-minute changes (less than 24 hours) may not be eligible for make-up, so do give us a heads-up whenever possible!
  • Are these workouts safe for seniors or people with injuries?
    Yes! Our aqua fitness sessions are joint-friendly and suitable for most age groups, including older adults and those recovering from injuries. If you have any medical conditions, do inform our team so we can help recommend the right class for you.
